Where someone in the 90s and 00s may have easily gotten away with something, that is absolutely &#8220;not done&#8221; in 2019, especially if there is a power relationship (supervisor &#8211; subordinate). We see that employers must act quickly to ensure that their managers \/ employees behave according to these changed standards of conduct. There seems to be different perceptions, where women may experience a comment or situation as transgressive or sexist more quickly. There are many tips to give on how to carefully address this topic within an organization.
