Pay attention to the short expiration periods under the WWZ!

The WWZ has brought various changes to dismissal law regarding procedures and compensations. However, what does not seem to be known by everyone yet is that the WWZ also has strict expiration periods for filing a claim, for example, to annul a summary dismissal or due to not observing the correct notice period. A claim must be filed with the court within two or three months (after the end of the employment), otherwise you are too late.
