As you probably know, all companies and governments in Europe must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, the GDPR, starting May 25, 2018. We will be regularly providing information and updates on this subject in the coming period.
The Ministry of Justice and Security has just published an important guide on the rules and application of the GDPR.

– if your company processes (special) personal data within the meaning of the GDPR, the appointment of a DPO;
– training your staff;
– conducting a baseline measurement, and from there further drafting an action plan.
